Privacy Policy
Short version: Nexis TourBoard is built to run on your device. The developer does not operate a backend that collects, syncs, or stores your TourBoard data.
// EFFECTIVE: MAY 15, 2026
Summary
- Your tours, penders, notes, attachments, commission math, and pay reconciliation entries are stored locally on your device.
- The developer does not run servers that collect, sync, profile, or sell your data.
- There is no account to create. There is no login.
- There are no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels in the app.
- If you uninstall the app, your local TourBoard data is removed with it. Back up first if you want to keep it.
Data on your device
When you use Nexis TourBoard, you may create and store the following on your device:
- Tour records, including date, time, status (e.g., showed, no-show, pended, closed), and notes you choose to add.
- Buyer last name only — TourBoard intentionally avoids asking for full identifiers. You decide what to type.
- Deal details such as price points, gifts, packages, and any commentary you add.
- Commission entries, splits, deductions, and pay math you log.
- Penders and follow-up reminders you create.
- Pay reconciliation entries comparing logged commissions to your actual check.
- Optional attachments: photos of tour slips, signed sheets, or other images you choose to attach.
This content lives in the app’s local storage on your device. The developer does not receive a copy.
What we don’t collect
The developer does not collect, and the app does not transmit to the developer:
- Your tour records, buyer last names, notes, or attachments.
- Your commissions, pay numbers, or reconciliation results.
- Your contacts, calendar, microphone audio, or location.
- Advertising identifiers, device fingerprints, or behavioral analytics events.
- Crash reports tied to your identity. (See “System services” below.)
There is no developer-operated backend behind the app. There is no admin dashboard, no developer “view as user,” and no support tool that can read your data.
Attachments & photos
If you attach a tour slip photo or other image, that image is saved into the app’s local storage on your device. The app uses the operating system’s photo or camera permission only when you actively choose to attach something.
You are responsible for what you photograph and attach. Avoid photographing third-party personal information that you do not have permission to capture (for example, a customer’s full ID or credit card). See the Terms & Disclaimer for more.
Backups, iCloud, and system services
Your device’s operating system may include the app’s local data in its own backup or device-sync features (for example, iCloud device backups, encrypted local backups, or operating-system-level file backup). Those backups are governed by your operating system and cloud provider — not by the developer of Nexis TourBoard.
If a crash report or diagnostic is sent, it is sent through the operating system’s built-in reporting (for example, Apple’s analytics framework) only if you have enabled that at the OS level. Those reports go to the platform provider under their terms, not to a developer-operated server.
You can control these behaviors in your device settings.
Children
Nexis TourBoard is a professional tool for adult sales reps. It is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
Because TourBoard data lives on your device, the practical security boundary is your device. The developer recommends:
- Use a device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
- Keep your operating system updated.
- Use encrypted backups if you back up the device.
- Don’t share your unlocked device with people you wouldn’t share your check stub with.
No software is perfectly secure, and this policy does not promise that the app, your device, or any export channel is invulnerable.
Your choices
- Delete data: Remove individual entries, attachments, or pay periods inside the app.
- Delete everything: Uninstall the app to remove its local data from the device. If you back up the device, also remove relevant backups if you want a clean wipe.
- Permissions: Revoke photo or camera access for the app in your device settings at any time.
- Privacy questions or requests: Email tom@oconnorlv.com. Note: because the developer does not hold your data, most “access” or “export my data” requests are best answered by you exporting from inside the app on your device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the effective date at the top will be updated and the change will be summarized here. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Contact
This policy describes the app as designed. It is not legal advice, and it does not claim compliance with any specific privacy regulation. If your use of the app is subject to laws that apply to you (for example, your employer’s data rules), those still apply.
